On 2nd May 2003 cameraman James Miller, who was filming for Frostbite Films was shot and killed while filming in the Gaza Strip.

Chiron was immediately tasked by Channel 4 to conduct an investigation into the circumstances of James' killing and Chris Cobb-Smith deployed to Israel to conduct the ‘hot’ investigation.

The investigation report produced by Chris and the Chiron team was sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. It can be seen on the justice4james web site.

Chiron later provided a consultant during the filming of the resulting Channel 4 documentary “When Killing is Easy”.
