The packages provided by the different CP training companies differ in length and content.
When selecting which course you should might attend you should first check that the Company is registered with the SIA, then check the training providers web site as this will give you a general idea if it might suit your needs.
The call the Training provider and confirm:
1. The course length (i.e. How many days of actual training and does the course run over a weekend?)
2. The course costs? Does this include the cost of the exam? Are there any discounts?
3. Is accommodation (full or half board) provided - and is it included in the price?
4. Is First Aid At Work training included in the training? (Some training providers run courses without FAAW.) If not then how much does it cost?
If you would like an independent opinion on any course then call the Operations Manager.
If you do book a course ensure the Provider knows that you heard about it from Chiron - he may give you a discount!
Finally let us know after the course if you would or would not recommend it to a friend!
